A new neighbourhood with rental and owner-occupied apartments, commercial space and attractive green areas was created on the former industrial site in Rorschach. We supported the project through various development phases and assumed overall responsibility for stakeholder management and project communication.

Working closely with the city, we conceived and managed the participation process and supported the political procedures. We also developed the branding, conceived the on-site staging and delivered all project communication – from the website and content creation to a broad range of communication materials.

We also led the cultural and participatory events on site, from concept and organisation through to delivery. In doing so, we fostered dialogue with stakeholders and made the development of the new neighbourhood tangible for the public.
