Konnex in Baden combines modern working environments with urban architecture and a high quality of stay. We developed the marketing strategy for the site and created a distinctive brand as the foundation for a consistent market presence. Building on this, we delivered the website, leasing documentation, planning documents and further marketing measures that communicate the location’s qualities across all touchpoints.

Signage was a particular focus. Over around five years, we supported the various construction phases with a flexible signage concept inspired by the site’s transparent architecture and consistently reflecting its brand identity. The modular design allows individual elements to be replaced easily when tenants change, while ensuring a seamless, high-quality presence throughout the development period.
