A modern website that generates leads, makes the right continuing education programme easy to find in no time and helps users navigate the education jungle? For KV Luzern Berufsakademie, we delivered a new website that is much more than «just» a website.

The academy had a clear objective: programmes should be easy to find, quick to compare and simple to book – on a future-proof website connected directly to the ERP system. We took on the challenge. The result is a modern website with clear user guidance, a strong focus on programmes and additional functionality as a working tool.

And that is not all: behind the modern UI is a sophisticated CMS that transfers leads, bookings and footprints directly to HubSpot CRM. This enables KVLU to reshape all its customer data, sales processes and marketing campaigns, laying the digital foundation for the future.

An integrated continuing education finder lets prospective students filter precisely and effortlessly find the right programme. A guidance blog complements it with valuable information and practical career tips. A new, consistent content strategy ensures clear, persuasive content – from the homepage to the individual programme offerings.

We optimised the existing branding for the online presence and, as part of the concept work, also gave the Berufsfachschule a new look.

Strategy, collaboration as equals and perseverance paid off: after nine months, the website went live – technically complex, yet designed for sustainability, long-term value and continuous development.
