Partner & Partner & everything in between.

We work directly, openly and with a shared ambition: great collaboration, better results. Whether on a call, over coffee or at the ping-pong table.

One team. Many strengths.

Everyone has their own mind, skills and perspective. Bring them together and you get not the first solution, but the best one.

Everyday life, exchange and much more.

A workshop today, production approval tomorrow, coffee in between. Every week is different, but every Monday is special: one team cooks for the whole team, and everyone comes together to eat.

Our Story

2026

Rebrand yourself

Time to refresh our own brand. Not a cosmetic makeover, but a deep commitment to what our name has always stood for: partnership. Branding that shows we create clarity not only for other brands, but for our own as well.

Guests celebrate under coloured lights in a covered courtyard.

2025

On & on & on

In 2025, we celebrate 30 years of P&P: in August with current and former employees, in October with clients and partners—and always with plenty of small and deep talk. What remains is more than fond memories: a forward-looking perspective and the joy of achieving great things together.

Seit 2024

Purpose is everything

We devote our energy and expertise to projects in education, learning, inclusion and health—work with genuine purpose. Sustainable employee and organisational development is central to us, with a strong focus on mental health, inclusion, motivation and flexibility.

2021 - 2024

The more, the merrier

And suddenly there were eight: an expanded management team gave us greater professional and organisational strength. Together, we carried the company through the pandemic, handled more and larger projects, and launched a new company: PXP Ventures, our dive into the start-up shark tank.

A person works on a laptop at a garden table while a child stands nearby.

2019-2021

Mind the future

Climate change? Yes—the air was bad and the office was bursting at the seams, so we simply got a new one. Soon the pandemic gave us many more: P&P home offices. Whatever comes, we are here. Or there. Or working at your place. Our office is a place to meet, with its own hospitality and shared workspace, and our company is 100% climate-neutral.

A hand operates a blue computer mouse on a pink mat.

2017-2019

Setting new standards

Incredible: the chance every marketer dreams of—to build a market, launch a brand and make it the standard for an entire country. We did exactly that with TWINT, and have since built several more brands from the ground up. At the same time, digital work and remote colleagues around the world made us global.

2015-2017

Baby boom

Suddenly the babies were everywhere: on screens, under tables, in the kitchen and in home offices. By 2017, our brood had grown to 17 children. No wonder such a fertile environment made Coop’s Baby Weeks and AXA’s Flexwork campaign success stories—and launch pads for many new accounts.

2013-2015

Digital Dudes

All grown up at last, and our passion for collaboration burned brighter than ever. Combining personal relationships, strategic thinking and technical know-how made us an important player on the digital field, determined to stay one step ahead. At the same time, we embarked on an adventure called «The Golden Dudes Worldwide», leaving us with funny stories and lasting relationships.

Two wooden chairs stand in front of the words “Our Space Is Your Space.”

2011-2012

Next generation

Everything new: victims of our own property-marketing expertise, we moved into offices we had marketed ourselves. With new partners and clients, we set out to conquer the future. We succeeded—and became a source of strategic, conceptual and creative performance boosts for many.

2009-2011

Crossing lines

Making the Max of it. Guiding the Winterthur-to-AXA brand transformation made us a leading brand agency. Creating Max der Dachs as a likeable ambassador made us a campaign agency. We crossed the red line between client and agency and achieved great things together on small budgets, while one spectacular property project followed another.

Bowls of fresh fruit stand in front of a gathered group.

2006-2009

Healthy growth

The healthy years. Accounts for Gesundheitsförderung Schweiz, Wincare Krankenversicherung and Krebsliga Schweiz taught us the power of health and integrated communication. Our BMI improved rapidly; fruit and vegetable consumption rose at the agency, as did our team—despite the financial crisis—to a proud 16.

2002-2006

Back to the roots

A journalistic ambition. Our focus returned increasingly to Switzerland, especially Swiss media. With NZZ Folio as our flagship, formal independence, editorial relevance and strategic depth became core values of our work.

1998-2002

Big bro is callin’

The international experiment. When German giants such as Volkswagen, Daimler-Benz and Deutsche Bank call, it is hard to say no. Off to Berlin! From a Kreuzberg courtyard project office, we delivered services in the finest Swiss quality—and did more than drink tea. We rebuilt the TeeGschwendner brand from the ground up and sparked an exceptional performance boost.

1995-1998

Get it rollin’

The wild early years. We had barely arrived before rocking the automotive industry: motor-show concepts for Nissan and General Motors across Europe, plus our first steps in healthcare, kept Benno Maggi, Kaspar Hintermüller and their six employees awake at night—but brought a touch of glamour to Winterthur.
